Step 1: Select a Processing Option
Choose the option that matches your requirement:
- Photo Only – Process only your passport-size photo.
- Signature Only – Process only your signature.
- Photo & Signature – Process both your photo and signature together.

Step 2: Upload Your Photo

Step 3: Crop, Resize & Edit Your Photo

Step 4: Upload & Edit Your Signature
If you selected Signature Only or Photo & Signature, upload a signature signed with black or blue ink on a plain white background. Use the TNPSC Signature Compressor to crop and resize your signature while keeping it clear and ready for upload.
Step 5: TNPSC Upload Readiness Check
Once editing is complete, the TNPSC Photo Compressor automatically checks whether your photo and signature meet the required TNPSC standards, including image dimensions, file size, and format.
Each requirement is shown with a status indicator. When all requirements are met, every indicator turns green, confirming that your files are ready for TNPSC online application upload.
Step 6: View Live Hall Ticket Preview

Step 7: Download Your Files
